Flaking Roll Assembly
Our Cereal Flaking Mills produce flake cereal from pellets that are ready for the oven.
Shredding & Sheeting Rolls
Our Shredding & Sheeting Rolls produce and extrude raw product into sheets of cereal using hydraulic pressure.
Bar Forming
Our Slab Forming uses compression rollers that are designed to flatten products to the specific thickness in slab forms, before the cutting and slitting stage of production.
Slab Breakers
Our Slab Breakers break or crumble snack products into usable sizes that vary in size per customer and desired granular sizes.
Sheeting Assembly & Process Line
Our Sheeting Assembly Process Line manufactures cereal using shredding or sheeting. Using its multiple roll stands that are fed with an overhead screw conveyor, the product is dropped onto a sheeting table before forming.
